CorSure is an independent cosmetics compliance practice based in Manchester. We act as Responsible Person under UK and EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009, prepare Cosmetic Product Safety Reports, and run stability and microbiology programmes through accredited partner laboratories.

Cosmetics compliance is not paperwork. It is a chain of legal accountability from the formulator to the consumer. Every product placed on the UK and EU market must have a named Responsible Person, an up-to-date Product Information File, and a signed Cosmetic Product Safety Report before it reaches a shelf.

CorSure exists because the brands we work with would rather have one accountable partner than juggle four consultancies. We hold the regulatory thread end-to-end: from formulation review and toxicological assessment, through testing and label review, to in-market surveillance and reformulation support.

We do not sell testing. We commission accredited laboratories on your behalf and report their results without markup.

Accountable

We sign the report. If a regulator pushes back, we own the response and the remediation, not your team.

Specific

No template CPSRs. Every safety assessment is built from your formulation, your claims, and your target markets.

Plain-spoken

If a claim cannot be substantiated, we say so. If a market is outside our scope, we say that too.
